The ULPGC has 35 years of commitment to the African continent, which must be consolidated in a project that allows these academic initiatives to be brought together and reinforced in an International Knowledge Hub in Africa, which allows the constitution of an international reference center for other academic institutions, that, under the commitment of the ULPGC, allow us to constitute the seed of opportunity through a service infrastructure that contributes to growth and mutual learning through this bridge of international knowledge towards Africa.
