About the Subject: basically includes planning, selection and formation practices has gained great importance due to the changes within the environment and conditions in which the organizations are working nowadays. This subject aims to be useful and practical for future graduates to learn about basic issues related to the management of a company staff. Depending on the date, we will coordinate the specific topic.
If the candidate conducts research in the area of International Relations and / or Development Cooperation, the mobility stay could be combined with a meeting with my research group Strategy and International Business (ENI) or with the group Development Cooperation.
