Welcoming ceremony for incoming students 7-9-22, From 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Hybrid event Paraninfo del Rectorado ULPGC and Youtube ULPGC

The Vice-rectorate for Internationalisation, Mobility and International Projection is holding a huge event to welcome all the incoming students of the ULPGC, from all its mobility programmes. The event will take place on Wednesday 7 September 2022, at 10.00 am, in the Paraninfo of the Rectorate of the ULPGC, Calle Juan de Quesada nº 30.

In the presence of the Rector of the ULPGC, Lluis Serra, the Vice-Minister of Economy and Internationalisation of the Canary Islands Government, Blas Acosta, and the Vice-Rector of Internationalisation, Jin Taira, all incoming students are invited to a welcome event about their activities at the ULPGC and to a welcome toast that will be served after the event.

During the event, incoming students will be informed of all general aspects of their enrolment and academic activity at the ULPGC. They will also be informed about the wide range of mobility, cooperation, internationalisation, languages, culture and sports activities offered by the ULPGC. Likewise, the European associations of the Canary Islands that collaborate with the University will inform them about the Buddy Program and the numerous welcome and coexistence activities that we have prepared for them for the whole month of September.

After the information Ceremony, a toast will be served to all incoming students, where they will have the first contact with their classmates and with those who will work to make their experience at the ULPGC unforgettable in both academic and personal life.
