International Staff Week 2026

Enhancing minds, empowering staff: A week of intercultural and professional growth

The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) (E LAS-PAL01) is pleased to announce the International Staff Week 2026, organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme and implemented in collaboration with the ERUA Alliance. Conceived under the guiding principle “Enhancing minds, empowering staff: a week of intercultural and professional growth”, the event provides a dynamic space for reflection, exchange, and capacity building in an international academic context.

The programme brings together academic workshops, institutional visits, and cultural activities designed to stimulate intellectual enrichment, professional empowerment, and intercultural dialogue. By engaging with colleagues from higher education institutions worldwide, participants will strengthen their professional competences, expand their intercultural awareness, and contribute to a shared culture of collaboration and innovation.

Open to administrative and academic staff from partner universities, the International Staff Week aims to reinforce institutional capacities, enhance intercultural and professional skills, and promote sustainable strategic cooperation among higher education institutions.

This event is fundable by your university within the Erasmus+ program for staff mobility (STT) or ERUA budget.
