Nomination periods (2025-2026)

The dates to nominate your students on the IT platform are as follows:

First semester and full year: 10 February to 15 May 2025
Second semester: From 2 October to 10 November 2025

Nomination procedure

If you wish to nominate your students for an exchange at the ULPGC, you will have to register them through our university’s computer platform.

We will send all the universities an email with the credentials so that they can access the platform.

If you have not received the credentials to be able to access the mobility platform, please contact us through the following link and put in the recipient selection “Mobility – IT Support”.

If you get the error “CAS Authetication failed” when accessing our mobility platform, click on the link “here” to access the mobility platform. If the error persists, please delete the following text :8443 from the address bar of your browser and try again.

For Erasmus+ students, the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) platform will be used for the elaboration of the training agreement which will be a mandatory requirement for the new Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027.

ULPGC E-learning Structure	Degree in Tourism (Non-attendance) It is not possible to enrol incoming students until further notice from the Vice-Rector's Office with responsibility for degrees. Degree in Primary Education (Non-attendance), Degree in Human Resources and Human Resources (Non-attendance) and Degree in Social Work (Non-attendance) It will depend on the restrictions established by the centres that manage the same degrees in face-to-face mode (Faculty of Education and Faculty of Law). Degree in Security and Risk Control (Non-attendance) The only subjects available for enrolment are listed below. External internships and TFG are also excluded. Faculty of Translation and Interpreting	The restrictions affect Language A (Spanish) as it is a subject for native speakers, so a B2 level of Spanish is required for Language A I and Language A II, and a C1 level for Language A III and Language A IV. The subjects of this faculty also require a recommended level of Spanish of B2. They cannot register for the Final Degree Project or the External Internships. Faculty of Education Sciences	It is not allowed to enrol in Final Degree Project in any of the three degrees: Degree in Primary Education Degree in Early Childhood Education Degree in Social Education With regard to external internships, only incoming SICUE students are admitted in the degrees of Primary Education and Early Childhood Education, but not in the degree of Social Education. As for Erasmus students, external placements are not allowed in any of the degree programmes. No Erasmus or SICUE students are admitted to the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training.
